What Our Clients Say

our 6 step carpet cleaning process

The first thing that we’ll do upon arrival is walk through the rooms to be cleaned. At this time, we’ll ask you some questions, as well as answer any of your own questions that you may have. This would be a exceptional time to make us aware of any special concerns that you may have about certain rooms. If you happen to know exactly what has caused certain spots or stains, please let us know at this time so that we can properly treat them. We do use a professional UV light to find pet urine stain issues. Once the inspection is finished, we will ensure that you know the final price before any work begins. We’ll never use high-pressure sales tactics or bait and switch pricing.

We do recommend that you vacuum the carpet before our arrival. However, if you are not able to that is fine because we always vacuum before wet cleaning! Vacuuming regularly helps to remove the abrasive dry that wear down the carpet. Vacuuming is thefirst step because we want to remove as much dry particulate soil as possible. This helps our safe cleaning detergents to better focus on breaking up the dirt that have fused to the carpet fibers.

Next, we will spot treat any tough stains or spots using our powerful yet eco spotting agents. We have amazingt success removing spots like oil, pop/soda spills, wine, paint, Koolaid, grease, and other common carpet dribbles. Next, we’ll mix up our encapsulating carpet cleaning solution uniquely for your carpet cleaning needs and apply it to the traffic areas and walkways of the carpet.

Note: If you’ve used any products that you’ve bought at the store to attempt to remove any spots or stains, please make your technician aware of that. It can change how we approach the spot or stain to ensure we do not damage the carpet!

We use a special counter-rotating brush(CRB) to agitate the carpet and work in our encapsulating cleaning agent. This helps to break up the oily soils from deep within the carpet fibers and makes them easier to remove. The CRB is also perfect at digging out pet fur from the carpet as well.

Our carpet cleaning extraction method is with low moisture carpet cleaning equipment. We use a rotary machine and absorbent pads to extract the soil out of the carpet. As the pads become soiled from lifting soil, we rotate them or use clean and fresh pads. This carpet cleaning method lets us identify how much soil is being removed and allows the carpet to dry faster than other carpet cleaning methods.

groom & inspect

After extracting the soil from your carpet, we will groom the carpet fibers to bring back that soft feel you want and love. This helps to boost the carpet fibers upward so that it dries faster too. We will walk through the areas we cleaned with you for a final inspection.

We can clean your upholstery and remove pet odors too!

Upholstery and furniture are repeatedly neglected because many people aren’t educated that upholstery can be cleaned. We recommend cleaning your furnishings every 12 months to help remove spills, spots, body oils, and other contaminants that may have ventured their way into the fabric. We can clean both synthetic and natural fabrics and can even protect your upholstery and furniture after we clean it. We can clean the following furniture types:

  • Sectionals
  • Couches
  • Loveseats
  • Recliners
  • Ottomans
  • Dining Room Chairs
  • Mattresses
  • Pillows
